- Rude Behavior of Delivery Person Closed

Club Factory package AWB ***********
The delivery person (Ramchand, ********** --- **********) failed to deliver my parcel on the *st day (*/**/****). When I called him, he asked for my name & address, cross checked if this is a pre-paid parcel. Then he said that since I failed to answer his call he will not deliver the product on that day. He was out of the delivery location. I requested him to please note down an alternate number so that on the next day when he will come to deliver the parcel he doesn't have to face customer non-contactable issue. He said he can't note down an alternate number for me. Later I called your customer care support waited for ** mins on IVR an updated my alternate contact details.
On *nd day (**/**/*****) I called him seeking for my delivery, he *st denied for doorstep delivery, later when I got angry on him, he said he will not deliver the product. He started threatening & challenging me. I said I'll report this matter to your customer service, He replied "Do whatever you want to do, I don't care. I've seen many customers like you in my * years of work experience. Nothing happened to me & my job. I'm where I'm. If you want your parcel then come to the landmark and collect it." I was literally pissed off & had to go to my landmark location to collect my parcel. I had a verbal argument there as well. This person was so irritating, that I can't even explain to you.
I have already reported this matter to your team on your helpline number. I request your team to kindly look into this matter. And I want a resolution or compensation for this rude behavior. As I've already got assurance from your team that you will look into this matter.
