The membership claimed to be offering *N stay in any * star hotel all across the world for free, with a minimal tax that we had to pay during each visit.

We were specifically told about Clock Towers in Saudi Arabia during the whole **-min presentation because of our near future plans. After buying the membership when we requested them to book for our concrete plans, they went silent, after a month of wasting time they replied that they don't have any association with any hotels in Saudi Arabia, so they cannot help us.

Now they are not responding to our refund requests.
