Gautam Kundu - Room of my flat damaged

The corner walls of the bedroom of my flat got damaged a year ago by leakage of water from the bathroom of the accused. At that time I called a plumber who repaired it but after * months water again started dripping through. After that, I called a renowned plumber who located the exact spot. My wife informed the wife of the accused of the matter. She assured us and came to my flat and saw the damage. But when her husband, who stays outside, came to know it he declined to repair it since my plumber will do the work inside his bathroom. When I rang him up he severely misbehaved with me and told me that he will meet me at the police station and court. Day by day the condition of my wall is worsening. I demand immediate compensation from him along with repairing of the walls. Kindly look into the matter. It's an emergency.
