St Laurn Hotel Korgaon Park Pune - Room cancellation not refunded

Had booked ** rooms for **th April **** by paying a **% advance of **,*** on *th of February ****. Later had cancelled the bookings on *th April due to COVID (As per their own cancellation Policy, it is a ***% refund if canceled before ** days of the date for which the rooms are booked for, ie.. *th of April). Ever since then till now, while we've been patiently listening to their excuse that the payement would be made soon - despite it being more than * months, there has been no refund of the same.

The hotel is also least bothered to give us any update, even after following up several times.
