Summary of Room Booking Issue with Goibibo:
The customer, Nabeel, booked a room at FabExpress JP Villa in Varanasi (Booking ID GH**************) through Goibibo but faced serious issues. Upon arrival, the room was found to be in poor condition, lacking cleanliness and proper amenities, leading the customer to avoid checking in and seek alternative accommodation.
Despite providing ample proof of the room's unsatisfactory state, Goibibo denied the complaint. Additionally, the hotel charged Rs. **** for storing bags, even though no check-in was done. The customer has repeatedly informed Goibibo about the issue, including updating contact details, but the company failed to provide a satisfactory resolution.
Nabeel is now considering legal action due to Goibibo's refusal to resolve the complaint and process a refund.
