This is to inform you that my product with order# ***-*******-******, Amazon brand salimo bedsheet . I purchased this product from Amazon, and returned it on **th October ****. My account name is Priyanka.

Amazon Brand - Solimo Cobalt Dreams *** TC ***% Cotton Double Fitted Bedsheet with * Complimentary Pillow Covers - Blue
I already returned the product to the delivery agent, he thoroughly checked the product opened and scanned it properly but after investigation from Amazon, it shows that I returned wrong item. If that so ,then send me pictures of item you received because I am ***percent sure that I handed him right item as I have installed CCTV cameras installed. I checked the footage, it clearly shows your delivery agent thoroughly checked the product by opening the package and scanned it.
If required I can send the footage, but if it is found that it was your delivery agent fault then I need compensation as Amazon people are torturing me,they do not listen to my problem, they cut the call. I am trying contacting them for *-* hours daily... they blocked my number. I call them from other number still they dont provide any resolution.
I already informed that I have just lost my Husband, going to TRAUMA but still they are harassing me. I really want compensation for forge investigation as they can't provide me the photo of the item that received and harrassing me.
One agent who is Muslim is connected with me and abused me for being Hindu and cursed me, this is not acceptable please enquired about her I asked her name but she denied to share her name.
This is really torturing. Please team look into it and give me proper resolution.
My advice to Amazon.... please have OTP verification set for delivery as well as for pickup. Many companies like meesho, Flipkart,Ajio, Jio using it.
