My husband and i had bought the FITSO MASTERKEY membership in June **** to avail swimming sessions in summers and gym sessions in winters. However, FITSO has removed gym services from the *th of December without the prior consent, dissolving the services mandated to be be provided through MASTERKEY Membership. This has caused us financial loss, loss in health and stress as a result of the uncertainty brought on by FITSO. The pleas for refund of the remaining months have gone by unheard and unattended to by FITSO.
