Reliance digital Anantapur - Returning my laptop with given period of time was not accepting

I bought HP victus laptop from reliance digital store offline in Anantapur. I was not happy with purchase because it was wobbling too much and hinge was some what loose.so I want to return it.I went to reliance digital but they not agreed for returning the laptop. But it had policy return under * days.I also called reliance digital at first they told me to visit the store from where I bought but at second time they were not responding to my call and kept in hold.I visit the reliance digital store but no use.
