Acer - Returned Laptop Still not received refund

I have placed the laptop on **-Aug-****. I have requested them to cancel the laptop on the following day but they have refused and when I have spoken with the customer care they have suggested me to not accept the order. On the *-Sep-****. I haven't accepted the order which is send through Blue Dart courier services but the acer company didn't give any update for me from the last ** days all they did is just escalated the issue and there is no progress in the responses from their end. I want my refund because I have purchased it from the credit card already my bill has been generated for this month. I am really fed up with their responses.
