Thomson Digital (INDIA) Limited - Return Request Rejected

I have ordered Thomson ** inch UHD Smart TV (MOdel - **PATH****) on flipkart on **.**.****. The same was received by me on **.**.****. Installation also was done by JEEVES on **.**.****. However, after using the TV for * days, on **.**.****, i had observed that the picture quality / nature picture quality is being dominated by some kind of RED color. Hence, I decided to return the TV based on above reason and placed a return request in MY ORDERS section of my flipkart account on **.**.****. On **.**.****, I tried to switch ON the TV but it wasn't switching ON. I left it like that and waited for the technician visit to happen. Based on my reqturn request, the technician visited my house on **.**.**** and tried to switch ON the TV but failed to do so. Then he took the video of entire switching ON process and took some pictures of the back panel of the TV and left. Today i.e. on **.**.**** @ **.** hrs I received an email from flipkart mentioning that my return request is rejected due to the reason of seller policy won't allow quality issues as reason to return the product. Seller only allows the reason of DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE product it seems. In my case, though I had raised a return request mentioning about TV quality issue but actually the TV did not got switched ON since **.**.**** and this was evident by the technician also. I had, in my chat with flipkart customer servce, on **.**.****, mentioned clearly that TV not switching ON from **.**.****, which is clear to them (flipkart) that apart from picture quality issue, the product is defective as it is not getting switched ON. Yet FLIPKART choosed to reject my request. Moreover, flipkart mentions in their status that ISSUE RESOLVED BY TROUBLE SHOOTING. This is completely cheating. No one came to my place and no trouble shooting happened.
This is genuine case of mine and I felt cheated by both Flipkart & seller Thomson TV. I had chatted with flipkart for more than ** hr but yet there is no assuring reply. They simply raise a ticket and leave the matter. Even i had wrote emails to cs@flipkart.com, nodalofficer@flipkart.com, consumercare@thomsontv.in, yet there is no support from anyone of them. I request you to help me in this case and get my refund.
