Flipcart - return of the product

i ordered and delivered a dishwasher on ** August and with ** days return policy which i put my return reqest on ** th august but neither from my app nor customer care the complaint was not initiated and they continuously ask me to wait for ** hours and the thing is still going on and the product is still with me and i have written them many times too.
