Resolution Demanded:
I had purchased a pair of shoes vide my Order Id: OR-******* dated **.**.**. It was delivered to me on **.**.**. Thanks for it.
However, the size doesn’t fit properly and the quality also doesn’t seem to be up to mark.
Kindly arrange to get the item returned and arrange for its refund to the account it was paid from.
I don’t have the invoice saved with me. The company did provide me with the invoice but refused to pick up the item on grounds that I did not preserve the original box despite several repeated requests.
