Meesho - Return not pick up

I have ordered a dress from meesho (order ID:************_*). Order received on *th november ****, but quality was worst so I have raised a return request on the same date. After that upto * days, pickup executives called every day saying that we are coming in an hour to pick up your order but no one came up to * days. On ** November your executive came for pickup but I was not at home so I told you to come after some days and asked for OTP to reschedule pickup. But now I have seen in the application that the order has been canceled. That means your executive lied to me about OTP and he has canceled the pickup order. I have also talked with your customer care executives, but I think they are reading the same thing on repeat and they don't want to understand the actual scenario. It is a humble request to do the needful in this matter and allow me to return the product. Thank you and I'm waiting for your response.
The request is cancelled by delivery partner and not by me. Then why I am not able to return the product.
