Croma India - return not accepting of my defactive display tv

i have bought croma *k uhd **inch tv but i received defactive display tv there will pixel issue videos are not clear there more bleaching even though in *k video playing and i also in set up box hd chennal it very bad picture quality it's not like *k tv, i asked YouTuber he bought this tv his tv not have like this issue in my unit only having this problem so i asked customer service for return they not accepted for return they simply saying like this ( as i checked internally, our team had reached out to you and informed you that the return of the product won't be possible as the product pixel quality is according to the specifications. We request your kind understanding in this regard. Please feel welcome to reach out to us if you need any further assistance) this tv irritating my eyes pls solve my issue =O
