- Return money less due to national problem Open
I purchased a flight ticket with PNR YIF*KP. Eticket has been attached. Later it was cancelled due to covid** lockdown reason. The INDIGO announced that the reservation will be safe with them for the same user for the same destination. It has been more than a month they did not refund the money. Now, we got an email that they processed our amount BUT less than that what i paid.
Could you please let me know why you are trying to refund less money than i payed.It is totally wrong and unacceptable.Please refund my total amount because it is not the passengers fault. It is due to national disaster conditions due to covid**.I again request you yo return my whole amount as soon as possible unless i will try to seek the legal help.
