Swatantra retail private limited - Return item refund cash not recieved

I have ordered * sarees out if which * saree was to be returned . Their return policy either replaced the saree with another one of our choice in the same amount or issues a gift card of that amount .
After many emails the item was picked up from my house amd I told that I would not be there for a week kindly confrim me with the delivery of my replaced item ( the saree which I selected ) there are **+ emails I've sent them reminding for the same.
Still I get the response we will respond you in a while . No value of customers time . How many time I explain the same thing on emails and on phonecalls .
