Flipkart ekart delivery boy - Return canceled but product collected

Hey. I recently purchased puma shoes and I didn't fit .so I choose returned this product.
I created a return request successfully my return accept by the seller...than next day courier boy come my address and he ask me okay product is successful pickup....lekin woh jhoot bol Raha tha...usneh pickup nhi kiya ....aur pick up rejected kr diya agleh din hum fir seh return request kiye lekin woh fir seh cancel kr diya aur mera product bhi rakh liya aur hum us ko bole kyy Mera product deh doo toh woh bol raha nhi deh geh shoes jo kr na Hain kr looo..sir iska matlab woh pickup bhi nhi kiya aur delivery boy Mera shoes Bhi rakh liya...than hum Flipkart seh baat kiye toh us neh complaint raise Kiya leh keen koi fayda nhi hua woh bola nhi delivery boy aapka product nhi liya Hain...aur hum delivery boy seh baat kr teh hain toh koi jabaab heen nhi deh ta Hain..aur mere pass uska call recording aur video recording bhi Hain prove keh liye... thanks aur sir ek baat us ka call recording aur video recording Hain Mera pass agar proof chahiye toh bol yeh ga kyn keh attached nhi ho Raha Hain
