"Samsung Level U Bluetooth Neckband"
I bought this product on **th June and **th June received it. While connecting this Neckband with my phone Bluetooth of Oppo F* pro it did not supported tried multiple times however to cross-check whether my phone Bluetooth has issues, therefore, I tried with my other Bluetooth earbud of "OFFBEAT DABS which successfully got connected. hence I concluded that Samsung Neckband has issue and on the same day I have applied for the return and refund after which on next day I received a call from customer executive to whom I requested to call in some time as I was in my official meeting, but they never ever called back I tried several ways to connect with them through Twitter Instagram and after which I got a call on **th from CS again which they said on **th you will get a call from technical department and issue will be resolve.
It's already ** days now I understand that there is pandemic situation service is a little slow but there is no solution which they are providing
Nobody is helping me tried calling there customer care number (***** *****) several time but it always says that after * hours their Customer executive will call back and that * hour never comes.Please help me
