Mirraw Clothing - Return and picked up done but not received refund yet

I have to write this review..
I ordered ruffled sarees and the other sent was completely different to the one I ordered..
Have spent more the * weeks since ** august trying to get this resolved via emails with all details provided but Mirraw just send fake return emails pretending to look into the complaint but really they aren’t and you have to do the chasing as they will ignore you.. Pratibha and Harshal (complaints advisor) were both absolutely useless and lied when they said they would look into my complaint..
Reading the reviews this seems a common theme with Mirraw when something goes wrong their side..
