swagath grand, suchitra - restaurant charging more than mrp

I am Srinivas from Old bowenpally. I had dinner in Swagath Grand hotel, Suchitra. Actually every restaurant should ask if customer want mineral water or normal water. In this restaurant, they are bringing packed drinking water by default without asking customer. The MRP mentioned on water bottle is **Rs. But they are charging **Rs extra on each customer. In this way they are looting public money. When we asked why they are charging moe they are not answering. Please take this complaint and do justice for me. Kindly look into this matter seriously and slap them with fine. Like me many people are cheated. kindly acknowledge me after receiving this complaint and kinly publish the same in deccan chronicle.
