sir,
I am Kumar Abhishek a student of SIMPLILEARN want to “unenroll (Discontinue) from the full stack Java developer master’s program” course which I have started on “**-**-****” in first cohort and paid seat blocking payment of ₹ *,***.** on Wed,** May, ****. Reason for unenrollement is i am unable to understand any topic till today by going through your * live classes and **% self-learning videos as your training and contents is very poor and you are not interacting with candidate through effective mode.

I am not getting proper training and knowledge by your side due to lack of interactions and poor training modules and poor e-contents.
False information shared for taking enrollment Team told me fresher and begginers can go for this course as thi s is ***% job gurantee course and every issues will be resloved by live interaction for doubts and tutors will be availbale any time but this is not true.

Falsely so many commitments and information were given by simplilearn team regarding facilities of training and ***% job guarantee and told that this course is for fresher and beginners which is ***% false as this course is for professional and experienced professional or for those who are having advance knowledge in java by knowing all these things simplilearn has taken admission and also suggested me to go for loan from LIQUILOANS (liquiloans.com) and without giving me any information regarding cancellation process from course and terms and conditions for bank approved my loan.

Even simplilearn has not told me regarding all these refund policy at the time of admission even i dont want refund of amount paid for seat blocking but atleast my loan application must be cancelled by simplilearn and same confimation is required to bank also as said in mial by bank i have attached bank reply also kindly check.
trainers are very bad at all not able to teach students in an effective way there are a lot of complaints about simplilearn that i came to know after enrollment this is my badluck that i trusted alot.

It's really disappointing for me as the way you are giving training is very poor and in unwanted fashion it will definitely not help me as I am not getting anything by your training and facing a lot of issues already shared many times by raising tickets regarding course and contacted to our learning consultant Mr. Sandeep Sharma and Ananth Roy as well and finally decided to Discontinue from this program.

Without giving any demo class or free class to students before admission simplilearn is merely selling course products and has cheated me and I am in debt now due to my loan and I am unable to pay any emi further and for this I won’t be responsible and hence informing Liquiloans and simplilearn to cancel my loan and stop deducting emi which is going to start from **-**-**** by cancellation from course.

A **% of block amount ₹ *,***.** of total fee RS. **,*** is paid to Simplilearn through my Net Banking and rest of ₹ **,***.** is financed through your partner LIQUILOANS (liquiloans.com) on

I request you to unenroll me from the program and refund the money to the respective entity ASAP.

I don’t want my seat blocking amount ₹ *,***.** to be refunded if not possible but the loan amount of ₹ **,***.** must be cancelled from LIQUILOANS (liquiloans.com).

while enrolling for the course they said I can cancel the course anytime within **days as I’m taking education loan so Emi will deduct after **days and I have an option to cancel loan and not refund of seat blocking amount within ** days hence it is now ** days my training started I’m going through financial problem so please understand and cancel my loan as i am unable to get training and job as per your commitments.

The Customer service team and learning consultant is not available to take calls, making communication very difficult.

Most importantly I would like to inform you that neither “learning consultant Sandeep Sharma nor Ananth Roy” sir is taking my calls and msg and not replying to my issues continuously trying to reach from * weeks. It's a shame.

The way of giving assistance to your students is very tedious and bad and makes students frustrated.

Note: already raised two tickets ******** on **-**-**** and ******** on **-**-****, but no action taken yet, tried calling customer support team from two weeks, but no response.

If you will not take legal action on this matter then definitely, I won’t be responsible for this loan and simplilearn will be defaulter by bank and not me.

A copy of the same information is given in written to simplilearn and LIQUILOANS to sort out this issue ASAP which can be used further if required for any legal purpose.

Most important liquiloans and simplileran together is a part of such types of fraud if not then after getting reply from bank why simplilearn is not giving confirmation to bank definetly its a preplanned scam to cheat all candidates in this way.
