I received unsatisfactory services by Simplilearn. Im in need of immediate refund of the fees I paid for the AI course I enrolled in February ****
The total fees I paid amount to INR *,**,*** as follows:
*st payment **,*** beginning, then *nd payment **,***
Then EMI Payments of **,*** from February, March April, May and June have been paid.
Despite my willingness to learn and my sincere effort to start the courses, I was deeply disappointed with the slow service provided by their staff and I was not able to start the course. They stated that my degree was not enough for university in Germany. Even though it was mentioned many times I’ll definitely be able to start studying by March ****. I want to study and after asking for refund money there was immense delay and ignorance from the staff. The courses did not commence as promised and the staff especially Pavan Sai Mallavali from sales team who misled me turned unresponsive to queries and concerns raised. Moreover, he had told I’ll get full amount refunded and promised to pay me by **th of July.
To address these concerns and seek resolution, I have repeatedly contacted Simplilearn's customer support, lodging several complaints and requesting a call back from their team. Regrettably, my attempts to communicate have been met with complete silence, and there has been no response from their end, leaving me feeling neglected and unheard as a paying customer.
As a result of this gross negligence on the loan provider (Liquiloans) has been harassing me, everyday through their unprofessional calling and swearing.
I DID NOT GET the educational services that were promised.
