Byjus app TAB - Request for refund amount

Dear Byjus TEam

Following my previous discussion with one of your agents, it was confirmed that the full amount
for the Product(tab) would be refunded and communication address would be shared for the return. However, I hanve not received any updates on the refund or the communication address as discussed earlier.

I recently noticed that the status indicates a partial returned, which was not part of our initial communication.
I kindly request an expedited process for the refund and ask that you share the communication address for the product return as agree upon in our previous conversation.

I have emailed first time CANCELLATION TEAM November * & *, **** to cancel & refund. Next time
November **, ** **** I mailed second time. Cancellation@byjus.com, support@byjus.com, ganeshbyjus**@gmail.com.
I have requested to cancel these two mails. So far it has not helped me in any way.
No action has been taken so far. Loan amount cancelled. But the amount I paid was not processed for refund. Ganesh garu & Neelam setty Kiran garu cancel approved & paritial-returned through WhatsApp screenshot. But neelam setty Kiran garu is not responding since ** days.
