On their website, it was written that they will provide RT PCR report within ** hours.
* days passed. They did not give report, they are not picking call. When I went at their office, they said within few hours, report will be out. Always saying there is some technical error.
They are unprofessional and such attitude has led to mental harassment.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
