I had registered my complaint on **-June-**** regarding not working of earphones. They registered my complaint and gave me a ticket number. My product was collected from me and after the testing and other process I was informed that a replacement product was shipped on **-July-****. But since then I am waiting for my product to arrive. The tracking on courier service website product shipped back to seller. After that I have sent them emails regarding status update regarding the same but no reply from them. I even tried calling them many times, but they are not connecting me to anyone. Again on *rd September they told me that they have shipped the product . But the tracking number they gave me was invalid. And they are again not responding to my mails and calls.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
