I purchased a Lenovo Laptop through Tata Cliq amount Rs. *****. The product was under warranty. On issuing a complaint in laptop, I raised complaint dated ** May ****. Due to repairable part not available with Lenovo, Lenovo issued Dead on Arrival (DOA) certificate dated ** May **** making me eligible for replacement of Laptop. Now even after a follow up of * months, they are not reverting on emails for replacement. Therefore I wish to file a legal suit.
