Subject- Replacement of Laptop s/n NXGVLSI*******A*E***** (Acer Aspire * core i* *th gen- * GB/ * TB HDD/ Windows ** home/ * GB graphics A ***-**G laptop )
I have purchased the laptop on May **, **** through Flipkart (order ID: OD****************** and Invoice Number # FAAVUF**********). On May **, **** (after ** days of purchase) there was a problem with the battery, as it was not getting charged. Then I register the complaint with case ID ******* I, and engineer visited on May **, **** and spent around *-* hours to update the BIOS and finally concluded that battery was fine. On, June **, ****, the battery again started showing problem and again I made the complaint with the complain ID ******* I. Engineer visited on June **, **** and again he concluded that battery is ok. I put a first request for replacement of laptop on June **, ****. Again, the battery started showing the same problem after *-* days but because I was travelling I could not get time to register the complaint. So, on July **, **** third complaint was registered with case ID ******* I, engineer visited on July **, **** and took the laptop to keep it under observation. This action was taken after discussion with Mr. Sanjeev from Chandigarh Acer office (his contact no. **********). He also promised to give me the standby laptop. I received a worst quality standby laptop having * GB RAM and it was not working properly. The service engineer took` my laptop in July **, **** for observation and returned it on August **, ****. It was mentioned that the battery is refixed and laptop will work fine. But again September *, ****, the battery was showing the same problem. I shared a snap of laptop which shows that the battery is not identified in the laptop to Mr. Sanjeev (his contact no. **********) from Chandigarh Acer office and also put my request for replacement but no action is taken from his side.
Now, I am fed up with the service of Acer, the problem was first observed within ** days of the purchase and I want to replace the system, but Acer is not responding professionally. I am very much disappointed by the irresponsible attitude of so called “professional” company Acer.
Acet is requested to replace my system with the new one at the earliest.
