I purchased an Acer Swift Go ** laptop from Flipkart on EMI for ₹**,*** (Order ID: OD******************), which was delivered on October *, ****. Upon checking the same day, I noticed multiple issues with the laptop: it kept shutting down, the screen would freeze, and both the buttons and touchpad were unresponsive. I immediately requested a return on October *. Flipkart initially scheduled a technician visit for October **, and a replacement for October **. However, the technician came on October **, only reset the laptop without addressing the issues, and advised that I file another complaint if the problem persisted.
When the issues continued, I contacted Flipkart again, and they instructed me to wait until October **. Despite repeated calls since October *, nothing was done by that date, and a new return request was made. Another technician from Acer visited on October **, documented the issues, and submitted a report and DOA certificate to Flipkart. Initially, Flipkart gave a deadline of October ** for resolution, but this was later extended to November * (today). However, no replacement has been provided. Upon calling Flipkart again today, I was told to request another return, despite already making multiple attempts.
This delay has caused a major inconvenience as I urgently needed the laptop, and I have already paid the first EMI installment. The lack of timely support and resolution from Flipkart has been frustrating, and I am facing a significant financial and time loss due to this ongoing issue. I request immediate action for a replacement or a full refund without further delays.
