I purchased Fan Regulator (for the modular system) (#* on the bill - file attached) from Choudhary glass house, ** New Atish Market, Jaipur on dated **/**/**** wide Inv. no. **** with ** years guarantee. Since regulator got faulty I approached for replacement, which he refused by saying that this item has not been sold by us. Earlier also when I approached for faulty **A socket, he also refused for giving the replacement by saying that this is not sold by us. There is nothing like *m or *m mentioned in the regulator.
