I had ordered Kodak *** cm (**inch) google tv on *th April **** and the payment was through Flipcartpaylater EMI and the order confirmed that the TV will be delivered on **th April **** and installation on **th April ****. The actual purpose of the above order was to watch the TV during VISHU festival and School vacation. The TV had delivered promptly on **-**-**** itself, but the installation was delayed. Unfortunately your technician came for installation on **/*/**** and after opening the carton box he told us that the TV has no option for wall mounting and hence needs replacement. He assured us that he will take necessary action for replacement. On the next day we contacted your customer support team, informed them of the details and they assured us of a replacement. Then another technician came and told the same comments as earlier.He also assured us that he will take necessary action for replacement and take videos and photos of the TV. Many times I contacted your Customer care support teams & legal help centres and they initiated for replacement and on the next day the replacement was cancelled by your office.
The EMI remittance date was on *th May ****, till that date you did not take any action for replacement, hence I did not remit the EMI. On the next day you take initiative for replacement and pick the TV and get a message that on the next day of pickup, new TV will be shipped to you. Now your app shows that the product will be shipped on **th May and will be delivered only on **th May ****.
I HAD RECEIVED SOMANY PHONE CALLS FROM FLIPCART FOR REMITTANCE. IT CAUSES ME MENTAL PRESSURE AND CANNOT CONCENTRATE ON WORK.
Presently Our actual purpose of ordering the TV is not met. The Vishu festival completed and the School vacation is almost over . Hence I don't need the TV. Hence kindly consider my situation and cancel the order and refund the amount.
