I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Realme Techlife's handling of my product replacement request. I had puchased Dizo watch R Talk through flipkart and it was sold by Tech-Connect Retail Private Limited. But. I received a defective product from their company , the battery started to draining out fastly within one month of use and submitted the defective product for replacement at their service centre in kochi as they informed, but it has been around three months and I still have not received the replacement.
I have contacted their customer service team multiple times, and each time they have promised me that the replacement will be sent out as soon as possible . However, I have yet to receive any confirmation or tracking information for the replacement.
This delay is causing me significant inconvenience and frustration. I have been unable to use the product I purchased, and I feel that the company has not taken my complaint seriously. I paid good money for this product, and I expect better service from their company.
I demand to them send me the replacement product immediately or refund the full amount which i spent to purchase the product including the compensation for the bad service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
