Ford India - Repeated problem with vehicle Unable to solve by company

Dear Sir/Madam,
With a lot of dreams, bought Ford Ecosport TDCi Titanium *.*L DV* model in Feb ****. Vehicle was in good condition till Nov'**** end with couple of problems, which are being rectified by authorized company service centers based on the complaints reported by me. From the day one, car was giving some wired sound when vehicle is tuned fully and I reported the same to service center. Got to know that vehicle front wheel shaft has to be replaced, which is done under warranty. Bluetooth Mic stopped functioning in Feb ****. Due to COVID lock down, vehicle didn’t take for repair for couple of months until Oct ****. Service center did some dust cleaning near that module and delivered the vehicle to me, which didn’t long lost for few months. Again problem started in Feb’**** and this time wiring is replaced to solve the issue.
Since Dec’**** onwards major problem was started which isn’t rectified even in multiple attempts by Ford service centers. First time vehicle got break down all of a sudden, when I am in tour with family & relatives. No other option is left over apart from towing the car all the way around ***km to Ford service center – Elite Ford, Mahadevapura, Bangalore. The problem that is being faced like the Start/Stop push button of the vehicle isn’t functioning when key fob is inside the car as well. Service center analyzed the problem for a week and reported back like RFA module in the car has to be replaced. As my vehicle is under extended warranty until Feb ****, required module is replaced and delivered my vehicle on **-Dec-****. Post problem rectification, drove the car around **km inside the city in a span of * weeks.
Family & friends planned to go on a tour during New Year **** eve and vehicle didn’t start with same complaint on **-Dec-**** at my home itself. Complaint is logged with Ford India (Case ID - *********) that proper repair isn’t done and Elite Ford dealer shut downed completely. On **-Jan-****, vehicle is towed again to service center, Cauvery Ford, Hennur, Bangalore. After diagnosing the problem, reported like RFA module isn’t functioning again and service center team reported to Ford India for expertize support. Based on Ford hot line (internal team) feedback, service center team did the connectivity pin test of the vehicle wiring and found that some short circuit, which is causing the car starting problem. Rectification is done and car is delivered to me on **-Jan-****.
In Mar ****, again Bluetooth Mic problem (Case ID – ********* & *********) has started again and Cauvery Ford service center analyzed the issue and found that Bluetooth Mic has to be replaced besides resetting the display present inside the vehicle. Repair is done and delivered the vehicle fully equipped after * weeks.
Unfortunately vehicle got break down again with same Start/Stop button problem only on **-May-**** when I went outside with family & friend. Luckily this time I am inside the city only and not that far from my house. Leaving no other option as usual, vehicle got break down and towed to service center at mid-night at **:**pm IST besides logging a complaint (Case ID - *********) with Ford India. Diagnosis started again and feedback provided like RFA has to be replaced again. Later with Ford India experts involvement, decided that RFA need not be replaced and reprogramming of module is required. This time I didn’t accept the vehicle delivery as repeated problem is occurring and requested to involve Ford higher management. With lot of negotiations against vehicle unavailability – My travel expenses, Ford decided to replace the vehicle battery under goodwill. My car is with Cauvery Ford service center only since **-May-****, which is under repair/observation. Requested for car delivery by **-Jun-****, post replacing new battery. Got a call on **-Jun-**** *:**pm IST from Cauvery Ford Service Manager that, post replacing battery again vehicle isn’t starting and still diagnosis is in progress.
Definitely a quality product isn’t sold to me considering all the above complaints mentioned of my vehicle from the day I bought it from Ford India Limited. Significant part is that vehicle is getting break down, leaving my family on road side at mid-night any time. Not sure when this vehicle will get stopped and can’t trust to drive short distance as well inside the city. Every time I can’t tow the vehicle to service center like this spoiling my time & money. Moreover last * months, myself and family has undergone a lot of mental depression even though such high class branded car is bought at luxury segment.
Also for each and every problem, visited the service center multiple times for resolution which isn’t permanent till date for any case reported. By the way, there is no guarantee that problem is being rectified completely as it is being repeated after couple of weeks/months. Fortunately, vehicle is under warranty till date and repair expenses aren’t paid from my pocket. After Feb’**** definitely this vehicle is going to drain my money considering all these problems. So, request to buy back the car at original incurred value along with other expenditure paid on vehicle that till date. In addition, me & my family is looking for compensation against the mental pressure faced in last * months from Ford India and parties. Looking for the justice on the kind note according to IPC policies.
