mpokket customer service - Repayment not being reflected

I have borrowed two different loans from m mpokket amounting ****. On *th September i decided to repay both of them ( i was paying a lot before due date ) i paid the first loan and it reflected but the second time i paid the money got deducted from my bank but till today mpokket have not reflected. I have send multiple mails to their official mail id but till now there's so response from there side

mpokket customer service – Cannot request for loand Closed
I cannot request for a new loan as the app shows that my primary device is being used by someone other user. I tried contacting yhe support team but there support was weak.
