Rentomojo - Rentomojo asking for more money when trying to own the product

I had subscribed for ** months. And during the time of subscription they had told that we can own the product after full tenure. Now when I am tryinh to buy, they are saying that provision has been removed. And I need to pay additional ***** to own it. If I include the rent I paid and the price of the phone at that time, still the amount they are asking way too high. I have already done a payment of **K as rent. And also made a deposit of ****. Now on top of that they are asking *****/- this is like looting their customers. Giving false promises at the time of subscription and then literally fooling the customer.
