Reliance Digital World Limited - Reliance digital does not install my product

Actually i purchase a tv from reliance digital showroom sector *rd Bokaro Mall they said on time of purchase that sir we will deliver your tv on next day. Next day my tv was delivered but without wall mount bracket. Installation boy came to my house then he say sir i m sorry that i can't install your tv as your wall mount bracket is missing. I said that how it's possible. Then he sir on time of delivery tv and wall brackets delivered separately bracket is not inside the box Then i said i didn't get any separate box with tv he suggested me to call to showroom. When i call to showroom then they told me sorry sir bracket is not in stock. Reliance digital does not told me on time of purchase that wall mount bracket is not in stock they kept us in dark and charged ₹**** for the item. When i call to customer support of reliance digital then also i got same reply that sir bracket is out of stock. After this all when i visit to showroom they told me wait *-* day. Next day i got message of installation. And till now my tv was not installed. Help me to resolve this issue.
