Reliance big tv connection not installed even after ** months. Booked online by giving Rs.*** online. Helpline says we are not able to find your detail. Wait for some days. Already ** months gone. Not replying on phone or email. About ** emails sent to them. I am also giving booking id, transaction number, date of booking but they are not listening to my complaint. Also not giving any complaint number to me. Please help.
