I raised a request in Spinny on *st April **** about the issue I have been receiving with my car via Ticket ID #******** but on *th April **** after providing all the information and verification, I was informed that my Request for Reimbursement had been declined, even after my car being under warranty.
The customer support is also not picking up my calls now.
It's been almost * months I am continuously on follow-up with the company but have not received any resolution till date.
