My BOI National Swasthy Bima Policy No. is-******************.(for Rs.*Lakh)
I was admitted in the Diamond Super Speciality Hospital Kolhapur (maharashtra) for * days in the month of May ****.
I made a Claim for this Hospitlisation amounting Rs.*****/-along with all necessary documents as well as all hospital treatment papers. I send all the papers on **.**.****.I have send Several reminders by mail. No reply is received.National Insurance Co. orally tells me that the proposal is rejected by Health IndiaTPA ServicesPvt Ltd.,but they do not know the reason.
