I purchased Hyundai creta from Sachin Hyundai, Bareilly on ** Apr **. I am serving in the Indian air force and I want to register my car from my hometown i.e Delhi. I received a call on ** Apr about RTO. I tell them Dwarka RTO. They told me Dwarka is not showing online and Janakpuri is showing. I again told Dwarka RTO. They said Dwarka is not showing. Then I told them to make temporary for Janakpuri RTO. I received my temporary registration on ** Apr ** and valid up to ** May **. When I submitted my papers on ** Apr ** at Dwarka RTO they told that my address is Najafgarh in Aadhar card and RTO is Dwarka, not Janakpuri. I returned my temp registration to the showroom on ** Apr ** for correction. I called them regularly and they told that making of tr(temp registration) is under progress and they give me on ** May ** after correction. They gave me hand-written tr and told me that online correction has done. I submitted my papers at Dwarka RTO on ** May **. They told me I have to submit undertaking regarding hsrp plate( new rule wef ** Apr ** about hsrp that any showroom of the state have to take responsibility that individual will fit hsrp plate on his vehicle) from any Hyundai showroom of Delhi. I told Sachin Hyundai Bareilly to tie up with Delhi showroom for the undertaking. But they denied about such rule and told me we dont have any tie-up with Delhi showroom and denied for the undertaking.
Further, when my documents checked on ** May ** at Dwarka RTO the RTO shown online was Janakpuri RTO. The showroom had not changed RTO online and only handwritten it on tr. They corrected it on ** May **. I have to give a penalty as my tr expired on ** May **. I called showroom about the penalty and undertaking but they denied to give both. Showroom manager stopped picking up my phone.
I registered a complaint against Hyundai dealer at customer care Hyundai vide complaint no. *-***-***-**** dated ** May **. But despite repeated calls and e-mails at Hyundai customer care, nil action has been initiated to resolve my problem till date. Due to the absence of the undertaking, I am unable to register my vehicle at Delhi. I am helpless now. I have even forwarded the format of undertaking to the showroom. But they are not receiving my phone. Photocopy of tr, a screenshot of RTO name shown on ** May **, the format of the undertaking is attached herewith for ready reference.
In view of the above, it is requested that take action against the Sachin Hyundai dealer Bareilly for penalty may be taken and to provide me with the undertaking on top priority to register my vehicle at the earliest.
