Goodyear Tyres - Regarding the change of tyre

As my earlier complaint on **/**/**** at Complaint no- **********. The Goodyear Dealer comes for inspection on **/**/**** and on checking the tyre he is saying that it is not coming in the insurance policy. The inspection person is saying that we have ridden my vehicle on the rim. That's why the tyre got burst and got cut on it. But there no cut on the recent tyre. The Goodyear dealer is saying that no insurance will get on it. And then after the dealer is saying that on the first tyre which is burst before the second tyre will replace my tyre on **%. And now the ford company call me from Chennai on **/**/**** and making a conference with sales manager Shakeel khan from Jhansi. And the person from Jhansi is saying that take one tyre on insurance and the other one on **%. But if this will be done why the company first tell me that the tyre will not be changed. And then I have to buy the new tyre from the market on paying money. I am not satisfied with the inspection team from Goodyear because he not listing anything and the dealer team is not asking him anything and not asked me anything that the dealer has said. So please send another inspection team that should inspect my tyre and should give me the right report.
Because my two tires have burst in approx * months of registration of the vehicle. And on the second tyre which is burst on NH-* on where I am riding my car on the approx speed of ***-*** . and when the vehicle got bubbled and I think it got punctured and I have to take my safe side and it will take to approx *-* km to take a safe side. And the inspection is saying that it's my fault.

On my first complaint, the dealer is said that he will not change the tyre. He tells me that buy a new tyre for your vehicle. And I have bought new tyre on paying the money. And after the second tyre got burst and then I again complain in Goodyear the dealer comes and tell me that second tyre will also not changed. I am in very big trouble that only * months have passed and the two tyres got burst. I am not satisfied with the dealer and the company.
Please change my tyres because I am not satisfied with the Goodyear tyre. Only *-* months passed and two tires got burst. That’s why I am saying that because it is not the safety of me on riding on Goodyear tyre.
