In Nokia care I have submitted my mobile on **.**.****. They assured me that the mobile will be in operating condition by **.**.****. That, even on **.**.**** failed to deliver mobile and ask for another ** days due to which I could not do my work.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
