Teen Patti Lotus - Regarding recharge amount not credited in my teen patti lotus account

I have downloaded teen patti lotus game who's developer is Seyed shah from play store. My teen patti lotus account ID is ******** and registered mobile number is **********. On ** january I have recharged my teen patti account amounting to Rs ***** through their add money option via google pay. And this transaction is successfully made but when I check my teen patti lotus account it doesn't reflect the recharged amount. When I contacted the online support they said money has not been received. Than i raise a complaint in google pay and bank but they said that money has been sent to the merchant. And they also provided me the transaction details. Than i again contact with online support but they denied that money has not been received from bank. Please help me to refund my hard earn money
