Dmallsale.com - Regarding my refund

I had purchased a product from Dmallsale via a YouTuber. I had ordered my product on *nd April ****. I had waited for a week but nothing showed up at my house. So when I went to their web page I could not find their contact number nor complete company address. So I had to mail them so when I mailed them they stated that I had mentioned a wrong address. I have been living in my place for the past ** years and in a week I get like *-* courier from China, states etc. So I thought the company was playing a game with me. I told them to cancel my order. I cancelled my order on *th April **** and I also got a reply that I would get my money in **-** days. I waited for more than ** days and then I put forth a mail and they replied that they would refund my money after May *th. On May *th and so on I have been sending them emails but they have not replied to me yet. They had promised me for a refund but they have failed to do so. I have all the proof from email to screenshots regarding my bills, data and much more on my computer. I have attached my bill. In case if you guys want more evidence please contact me.
