Idea Vodafone - Regarding my Postpaid Plan of mobile

I got postpaid number from idea in **** which included unlimited calls and *** GB data per month in just around *** INR. Now without any further notice or without any information my bill amount is raised to around ***+ INR with only ** GB per month data. When talked with relevant officer they said your plan is changed and I was not notified.Kindly help me getting the older benefits with low bill amount.
