I renewed my internet plan on **th Feb'**** with Vision smartlink. I have been using their services for more than a year and last year services were average except we were not getting committed internet speed. While renewal they called my more than ** times to renew and committed that this year my speed issue will be resolved as well.
However, after renewal a new problem started in which my internet used to stop working everyday between * pm to * pm. I have been officially complaining to them since last week of march and have filed more than ** tickets in their internal forum. They close complain without solving the problem saying that internet is working ok. Problem is internet works in other hours except between * to * PM. However, Internet speed has never gone above ** mpbs on an average against claim of *** mbps. I tried to ask their customer representatives to give me nodal officer or senior person contact detail. But they have blatantly refused the same. Now i am tired of their services and i want complete refund of my money. Needless to say that it has hampered my work during this covid ** lockdown time. I am not including such indirect damages it has caused.
