Livspace - Regarding dissatisfaction on my project handling

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the management of my project, which has become an incredibly painful experience for me.

As you are aware, I made my first payment on April **, ****, and completed the last payment on June **. Unfortunately, I have had to endure the inconvenience of three different designers being assigned to my project, requiring me to explain my requirements from scratch each time. This lack of continuity has significantly hindered progress and caused unnecessary delays. Till date, my project is not complete as per designs and discussions. I wanted to know about the penalty process as well.

Furthermore, I would like to highlight the issues concerning my modular order, which amounts to ₹** lakh, and the accompanying freebies that were promised. I was offered a **% discount on the order value, one double bed of my choice, and a ₹**,*** coupon for purchasing a hob and chimney. I was assured that the prices for the hob and chimney would be matched to the market rates. However, I received incorrect models initially, and after following up for two months, the products were eventually delivered but not without additional charges.

There has been a difference of ₹*,*** compared to market prices, and I was charged ₹*,*** as a handling fee, which was never mentioned in any of our previous discussions or emails. I have attached all relevant documents to support my claims.

Moreover, every time I raise a query through the Livspace customer support, my issues seem to close automatically without any resolution or discussion, which is extremely frustrating. I have tried to reach out multiple times to Megha and Vibhu regarding these concerns, but neither has bothered to respond to my calls or provide any assistance. This behavior reflects a troubling lack of customer care, especially following full payment completion.

Given the above points, I am compelled to write this final email to you in hopes of resolving these issues amicably before considering any legal action against the company. I expect a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to my concerns.
