I have purchased xiomi redmi note * from b new smart mobile store /bundar Road vijayawada on **th feb **** ( **:** hrs) for *****/-( plus taxes) . i have brought this from outlet instead of online sale despite the price at outlet costlier than online one is because of the expectation and subsequent assurance of the mobile store of better after sales service. after unboxing of the mobile box the mobile not booting and it has a problem of "auto power off" . ..on **th feb **** i went to mobile store to explain the problem, they directed me mi service centre( service centre of mobile brand not that of shop owner where i was like any other customer inlcuding the one purchased online) who on examination of the phone have certified on the same day ( i.e **th feb ****) that the peice is a faulty one and issued a doa(defect on arrival) certificate and sealed the box again. I took the doa certificate and sealed box again to b new mobile showroom /vijayawada for refund , for which shop owner refused to refund money and is forcing me to take another mobile of the same value. clearly i dont want another mobile in this shop because i will get the same mobile cheaper online from the original manufacturer and mainly after sales service of b new smart mobile/vijayawada is terrible. kindly help me to get my money refund back please.
