I had booked a round trip ticket from Mumbai to Frankfurt using MMT. My flight operator was gulf air. My return trip however was cancelled due to COVID. MMT is not allowing me to claim a refund for the same even though I'm ready to pay the cancellation fee. They do not even allow me to chat or get in touch with a customer care agent.
