.i have orderded a phone cover from millian cases website for rs. ***. Cover quality was so poor so i had to teturn it. I dont like any of product available at ur site. So why are u forcing us to for excahge that too on *** rs penalty for pickup.. since ur product was not up to mark hence i had to return it, in this way the fault is not mine .then why should customer pay penalty of rs ***... we have read ur all the return policy we are fully eligible for refund
As u claim hassle free return and refund policy at the time of selling product so u have to stick on ur policy.. i have requested u very within * days of order delivery .
