Keto - Refuse to return money after their product failed to reduce weight as promised

I have ordered a keto (weight loss pill) on **.March.**** and I received the product on **rd March ****. I started to take the pill little late as was on my period on **th March ****. Before starting the pill I was **.* kg and continuously checked my weight but I was not reducing my weight as they stated. Then it was about to be ** days of taking my pill I messaged in the website that as you promised that after taking the keto I will reduce but as it did not work on me as per ** days commitment. I want my money back. But in reply, they told me they cannot return my money as I have completed my ** days. Then I replied to them that once the customer will complete it then only feedback will be taken right. Then they replied its ** days guarantee money back and I have crossed it.
I have messaged them on ** June **** which is exactly on ** days of pill which I started on ** March **** and moreover that day I did not take pill still I have * pills left with me, as I lost hope.
Now I wanted to know that what does ** day money back guarantee means is it within ** days or after using for ** days?
Anyhow as per their commitment, I did not reduce my weight, I should get refunded as per their policy right? I need justice as this is a very sensitive matter regarding health, showing very fit persons in advertisement and their fake promises making us fool, they are looting in the name of health. Kindly help me to get my money back.
